A seasoned labour and employment lawyer, Anaïs has expertise in resolving issues related to harassment, violence, discrimination, and ethical breaches in organizations. Having conducted hundreds of organizational investigations across Canada, she exclusively acts as an impartial third party to investigate and advise organizations. She provides invaluable support in managing delicate situations and resolving complex cases, often mediatized or involving members of management or boards of directors.

A recognized expert in her field, Anaïs has been called upon to play a leading role in numerous large-scale institutions across the country. Her expertise is sought in sensitive and highly confidential contexts, where her judgment, integrity, and thoroughness are recognized and valued. She has successfully applied her skills to shape best practices, contribute to legislative reforms, and train future leaders in investigations and prevention.

Anaïs handles administrative and disciplinary investigation mandates, as well as cases related to ethics and compliance. She works in French and in English for public and private organizations under both provincial and federal jurisdictions.

Prior to specializing in harassment prevention and management, Anaïs practiced labour and employment law for several years with an international law firm. She is also an accredited mediator with the Quebec Institute of Mediation and Arbitration (IMAQ) and detains the AWI-CH certificate issued by the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI).
