Caroline Tamraz 
Lawyer-Investigator

Caroline is an Advisor and lawyer investigator at Latitude. Prior to joining the team, Caroline worked for over a decade in the insurance field where she handled large and complex commercial claims in various fields, including in employment law. Caroline is also a lecturer at the Law Faculty of the University of Montreal and has served in that role since 2003.

Having a keen interest for improving interpersonal relations and the general work environment, she acts as a neutral and impartial third party in mandates involving the prevention and management of harassment, discrimination, violence and conflict in the workplace.

Member of the Quebec Bar since 2001, Caroline holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Juris Doctor from the University of Montreal. Very involved in her community, Caroline has been President of the Young Bar Association of Laval and a member of the board of the Laval Bar, as well as an active member for numerous years of the Women’s Association for the Quebec Bar and of the Women in Insurance Association of Montreal.
