Geneviève Tremblay Plourde 
Investigator & Mediator

Geneviève has been with Latitude for several years and now works as a Senior Advisor. She specializes in matters of respect for the individual, prevention and management of conflicts, psychological harassment, violence and discrimination in the workplace. She has collaborated with several organizations, both provincial and federal. She has contributed to the development of client needs assessment strategies, while assisting them in the implementation of investigation, workplace assessment and organizational development processes.

Geneviève holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Juris Doctor from McGill University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and International Law from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
